When we first opened Iron Rose Weddings, the parking lot was subject to flooding and mud, which does not bode well for people in their Sunday best.

Chance Tate did a great job on removing almost all of my sidewalks (2 lots on a corner) in 2023 and I particularly appreciated his ability to communicate clearly what to expect and suggestions of how I could prepare my property for the job. He really went out of his way to get the job done as quickly as possible and I now have sidewalks that don’t present a threat to life and limb. He also very generously gave me help with a plumbing issue by excavating a small portion of a sewer line in my backyard. Would highly recommend him. Pleasant and very friendly.
